My experience in working with Rick Wyatt was great! I closed on my house last October, with my three month old baby proudly in tow... What could have been a very stressful time of building a home while expecting and then having a baby was actually not stressful at all, due to Rick’s good communication and organization skills. I had lots of questions since I had never built a home before, and Rick was very patient with me, making sure I understood the process, and he was always prompt in his follow up. I worried at times that maybe I had too many requests for what I wanted in my home, but Rick came through every time, delivering just what I wanted.
